Henderson Construction Ltd were pleased to be selected as Main Contractor to rebuild the Southland Farm Machinery Workshop and Retail Showroom following the fire that destroyed their building in July 2016.
The building was designed by Invercargill Architects, Beattie McDowell Architects and managed by Paul Gray of Henderson Construction Ltd
The building is 3500m2 of Showroom, Workshop and Storage Area with a mezzanine over the main showroom, housing the General Office, Boardroom, Lunchroom and Offices
Significant highlights of this project include the types of materials used, and large glass frontage of the Retail Space. Notable finishes included cedar paneling, corten steel panels and polished concrete floors.
Henderson Construction is very proud to complete this building for the Wilson Family and it was an absolute pleasure working with Murray Wilson on this project.
